Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of any content from the Service complies with any academic, institutional, or professional rules applicable to them. Read4G assumes no responsibility for how content obtained through the Service is used.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to validly consent to digital services under the laws of your country of residence, whichever is higher.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform content

The Service generates and presents educational content including, but not limited to, reading texts, comprehension questions, writing prompts, grammar exercises, vocabulary items, and flashcard data (collectively, "Platform Content"). This content is produced using proprietary prompt systems, templates, and workflows developed by Read4G.

Although individual AI-generated outputs may not qualify for copyright protection in all jurisdictions, the selection, arrangement, curation, and presentation of Platform Content as a whole constitutes a protected compilation. All rights in Platform Content are reserved by Read4G to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Permitted use

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Platform Content solely for your own private language learning purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

Some Platform Content — including writing tasks, comprehension questions, and feedback responses — is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Other Platform Content — including grammar reference materials, vocabulary items, and flashcard data — is human-authored and curated by Read4G. All Platform Content is provided for language learning purposes only and does not represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of Read4G. Read4G retains all rights in the Service and its compilations.

8. No Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

10. Termination
